WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ACCEPT AN OFFER?

Once you accept our written offer, your cards must either be:

  • Posted to our nominated Hugo's Collection PO Box using tracked delivery; or
  • Dropped off in person by pre-arranged appointment.

Please do not send cards or attend for drop-off before your offer has been accepted and instructions have been provided.

For security and chain-of-custody, every parcel opening and initial condition check is video recorded. Recordings are used for verification, fraud prevention and resolving delivery or condition disputes.

Payment is released after the cards have been received and verified against the agreed details.
